The prohibition includes exchange of information concerning individual company rates, coverages, market practices, claim settlement practices or any other competitive aspect of an individual company's operation. Each member or participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside the bounds indicated. In addition, there shall be no discussion within this forum about specific investigations and no discussion that identifies any subject of investigation by name or any other means. The TASIU forum administrators reserve the right to delete any inappropriate post and/or ban access, as appropriate. To access and use the TASIU Discussion Forum & Desktop, I will: 1. Always be professional when I post on this forum and remain mindful of the Antitrust constraints. 2. Never discuss case specifics in this forum and never identify a subject of investigation (person, business, etc.) in this forum. 3. Observe the IASIU Code of Ethics. 4.
